बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने अभिनेता इमरान खान को जारी किए गए 'लीव इंडिया नोटिस' पर 2 नवंबर तक रोक लगा दी है। यह नोटिस विदेशी क्षेत्रीय पंजीकरण कार्यालय (एफआरआरओ) की ओर से जारी किया गया था और खान ने इसके खिलाफ अदालत में याचिका दायर की थी।
अदालत ने उनकी याचिका पर सुनवाई भी 2 नवंबर तक के लिए टाल दी है। इस अंतरिम राहत से अभिनेता को फिलहाल नोटिस पर अमल से राहत मिली है।
Actor Imran Khan gets interim relief as Bombay High Court stays 'Leave India Notice' till November 2
The Bombay High Court has put a hold on the 'Leave India Notice' issued to actor Imran Khan by the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) until November 2. Khan had moved the court challenging the notice.
The court has also adjourned his plea against the notice to November 2. The interim relief gives the actor a temporary reprieve from the notice taking effect.
