आज से कई नए नियम लागू: ITR की तारीख बढ़ी, पेंशन प्रमाणपत्र की खिड़की खुली
आज 1 नवंबर से देश में कई वित्तीय और प्रशासनिक बदलाव लागू हो रहे हैं। ऑडिट वाले करदाताओं के लिए आयकर रिटर्न दाखिल करने की अंतिम तारीख 31 अक्टूबर से बढ़ाकर 21 नवंबर 2026 कर दी गई है, और 80 साल से कम उम्र के सेवानिवृत्त सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए वार्षिक जीवन प्रमाणपत्र जमा करने की खिड़की आज से खुल गई है।
जीएसटी के नए नियमों से बिक्री के बाद की छूट पर क्रेडिट नोट जारी करना आसान होगा और उल्टे शुल्क ढांचे वाले कारोबारों को रिफंड जल्दी मिलेगा। साथ ही बच्चों के आधार बायोमेट्रिक अपडेट पर लगने वाला 125 रुपये का शुल्क एक साल के लिए माफ कर दिया गया है, और तेल कंपनियां आज एलपीजी की कीमतों की मासिक समीक्षा भी करेंगी।
New Rules From Today: ITR Deadline Extended, Pension Life-Certificate Window Opens
Several financial and administrative changes take effect across India from today, 1 November. The income-tax return deadline for audited taxpayers has been extended from 31 October to 21 November 2026, and the window for retired government employees under 80 to submit their annual life certificates opens today.
Under the revised GST framework, issuing credit notes for post-sale discounts becomes simpler and refunds for businesses facing inverted duty structures should come faster. The Rs 125 fee for children's mandatory Aadhaar biometric updates has also been waived for a year, and oil companies will carry out their monthly LPG price review today.
