न्यूज़ीलैंड ODI सीरीज़: प्रसिद्ध कृष्णा बाहर, नितीश और आक़िब टीम में
भारतीय तेज़ गेंदबाज़ प्रसिद्ध कृष्णा हैमस्ट्रिंग चोट के कारण न्यूज़ीलैंड के खिलाफ पांच मैचों की वनडे सीरीज़ से बाहर हो गए हैं। बीसीसीआई ने बताया कि वेस्टइंडीज़ के खिलाफ दूसरे वनडे में लगी चोट से वह अब तक पूरी तरह उबरे नहीं हैं, और उन्हें मैचों के लिए ज़रूरी वर्कलोड बनाने में और समय लगेगा।
उनकी जगह ऑलराउंडर नितीश कुमार रेड्डी को 4 नवंबर को ऑकलैंड में होने वाले पहले वनडे के लिए टीम में रखा गया है, जबकि तेज़ गेंदबाज़ आक़िब नबी को पहले तीन वनडे के लिए टीम में शामिल किया गया है। मोहम्मद सिराज इंडिया 'ए' टीम के दूसरे मैच में खेलेंगे, और 19 नवंबर से शुरू हो रही टेस्ट सीरीज़ के लिए प्रसिद्ध को फिट करना टीम की प्राथमिकता है।
New Zealand ODI Series: Prasidh Krishna Out, Nitish and Auqib In
Indian fast bowler Prasidh Krishna has been ruled out of the five-match ODI series against New Zealand due to a hamstring injury. The BCCI said he has not fully recovered from the injury sustained in the second ODI against the West Indies and needs more time to build up the workload required for matches.
All-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy has been retained for the first ODI in Auckland on 4 November, while pacer Auqib Nabi has been added to the squad for the first three ODIs. Mohammed Siraj will play for India 'A' in their second match, and getting Prasidh fit for the Test series starting 19 November is the team's priority.
