चक्रवात मुरासु तेज़ हुआ, ओडिशा में तटीय इलाकों से लोगों को हटाया जा रहा है
बंगाल की खाड़ी के ऊपर चक्रवात मुरासु के गंभीर चक्रवाती तूफान में बदलने के बाद ओडिशा सरकार ने संवेदनशील इलाकों से लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाना तेज़ कर दिया है। कई उड़ानें रद्द हुई हैं और तूफ़ान के रास्ते वाले ज़िलों में स्कूल बंद रखे गए हैं।
यह तूफ़ान कुछ ही दिन पहले आए चक्रवात अर्नब के बाद आ रहा है, जिसमें छह लोगों की मौत हुई थी। प्रशासन ने लोगों से अपील की है कि वे मौसम विभाग की चेतावनियों पर नज़र रखें और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर ही घर से निकलें।

After Cyclone Murasu intensified into a severe cyclonic storm over the Bay of Bengal, the Odisha government has stepped up evacuations from vulnerable coastal areas. Several flights have been cancelled and schools in districts in the storm's path have been kept shut.
The storm follows Cyclone Arnab, which left six people dead just days earlier. Authorities have urged people to follow weather department warnings and to step out only if necessary.
