राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने माना है कि ईरान युद्ध ने रिपब्लिकन हार में भूमिका निभाई। ईरान के संसद अध्यक्ष ने कहा है कि अमेरिकी मतदाताओं ने युद्ध को 'ना' कहा है। चीन ने कहा है कि वह चुनाव नतीजों के बाद भी अमेरिका के साथ काम करता रहेगा।
